About the Opportunity
BC 1 Call is looking for a full-time Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator based in the Lower Mainland, BC (remote with travel across British Columbia).
Reporting to the Manager of Marketing and Stakeholder Engagement, this role is responsible for supporting the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating events and trade shows, managing and creating social media and digital content, and assisting with stakeholder engagement and public awareness initiatives.
More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating marketing campaigns, trade shows, and event logistics from planning through execution
- Assisting with stakeholder engagement initiatives, communications, and public awareness campaigns
- Creating and scheduling social media content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Supporting the development of short-form and long-form content, including graphics, videos, and photography
- Monitoring social media engagement and performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement
- Assisting with email marketing campaigns, e-newsletters, announcements, and communications
- Updating and maintaining website content and webpages using WordPress
- Preparing booth materials, signage, and promotional assets for events and trade shows
- Tracking inventory of marketing materials and coordinating event registrations and supplies
- Organizing and maintaining marketing assets, digital files, and documentation within SharePoint
- Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to support marketing and communications initiatives

About You
To qualify, you will need post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, and social media platforms. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role along with a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle is required.
Additionally, the following skills and background are required:
- Experience managing social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and digital communications
- Experience creating short-form content, graphics, videos, and photography assets
- Familiarity with WordPress website management and content updates
- Experience coordinating events, trade shows, or stakeholder engagement activities
